My dogs are trained on trail..not in competition, but in training. They
listen and although occassionally stray, are never out of earshot. They
respect my horse and that of others, giving them right of way and plenty of
"space".

I have "mutts", I think the best kind. They respond with love and attention
as well as proper discipline. But, they have NO place on the competitive
trail!!!
