I hope this isn't too boring??

Hi ridecampers!

I don't know if any of you remember me but I wrote to you guys for
help around January time as I was just starting out in endurance in
the UK. I've got a little nag (Basil) who is rising 5 (CB x welsh). I
received a lot of help from various people and got 10 copies (fwds)
of Wendy's interval training article!! I'm also the person with the
urination problems (solved now).

Well I'm writing to let anyone know who remembers helping me that we
have done 3 very, very novice rides in the UK since then (16.5 miles, 15
miles and 12 miles(vetted)). These were social rides (EHPS) and
represent the first steps on the endurance ladder in the UK. We are
going to do a 20 mile pleasure ride (EHPS) early july, followed by 2
others (one a month) but I'm not sure what yet.

Anyway I wanted to thank you all for helping me get started. There's
a picture of us on the Web doing the Ripley Castle social ride in
April 97 at http://www.netlink.co.uk/~snaffle/rogues/liz.gif
