Thanks to Mt.Laguna Ride Volunteers

I would like to thank the many individuals who helped with the Mt. Laguna
Ride. Riders often thank me for "a great ride," and while I do coordinate
the various aspects of the ride, the volunteers are the main component of a
successful ride. Without our many volunteers with their great attitude, the
ride just wouldn't happen. The ride volunteers are the real backbone of the
sport because without their willingness to donate their time and talents the
trail would not get trimmed, the trail would not get marked, horses would
not get trailered back to basecamp, no water taken to remote spots, the
trail would not get unmarked, no intimers, no outtimers, no P & R monitors,
no refreshments for the riders at out of the way places, etc. The list goes
on and on. So I would like to acknowledge the many volunteers (many of who
helped before the ride with trimming and marking and then participated in
the ride) who helped make this such a fun ride for the participants.

THANKS!

P.S. I'll try to get the ride results listed tomorrow.
