I LOVE my horses as all of you do. When you find yourself in the overhorsed
situation (as I am in), although I HATE to sell, I know that someone else can
give them just as good a home, if not better. Hence, I ALWAYS give a minimum
30 day trial period. Full payment up front, fo course, with a WRITTEN
agreement for return of full price if horse and rider are not happy with each
other..No questions asked. Insurance is up to buyer (or lessor), but risk is
also taken by lessor. Too many friendships can be broken, so be careful as
both seller and buyer.

Horses are a difficult product to guarantee. One man's opinion and
experience is far different from anothers. Hence, honesty and a short term
trial period are certainly in order.

Anyone have need for any of the following wonderful critters?

PASTURE POTATOES FOR SALE

I have 8 horses, about 5 too many. Ages 3 weeks to 15 years. Partbreds,
purebreds, geldings and mares...one stallion...all related to one another.
ALL QUALITY HORSES bred for Endurance and CTR. Most at least broke to ride,
some with experience. They are being WASTED as I cannot possibly ride or
train or campaign them all. Would someone who loves nice horses and loves to
ride one (or more) that won't run out of gas, PLEASE call or come visit or
ask for photos and make an offer. All of these horses have lived outside all
their lives, have been properly fed, vaccinated, dewormed, trimmed and/or
shod..i.e. EXCELLENT care all their lives. 30-60 day trial on ANY of these
animals: (listed in order of preference to sell):
1."Lassie", purebred liver chestnut mare, Doyle/Babson, Pritzlaff breeding,
age 9, has had two foals and done 2 50's in nice style. 14.3 hands, sound.
Loves to go, never tired, NOT crazy!!!
2. "Sassy" purebred daughter of "Lassie" age 6, has had two foals. 3/4 Doyle
(100% Crabbet) breeding. Started under saddle, SANE. 14.3 hands, light liver
chestnut.
3. "Sport" bright flashy, chestnut purebred gelding, age 4, 14.2 hands. son
of "Lassie" sired by my "Khalarado" who won IAHA Nat'l Endurance Championship
in 1990 and has his Supreme Legion of Honor. Very well balance. Good bone,
started under saddle. Another one who won't tire quickly and should have
superior metabolics (sire and dam both have).
4. "Zach" 1/2 arab, 1/2 appy, 15.1 hand bay gelding with incredible bone and
great feet. A strong, touch 100 mile prospect. Age 6. Absolutely fearless.
Done a few 25's. Only white is a small star. Very handsome. Sire is 100%
Doyle. Half brother to "Sassy"
5. "Aristotle" 7/8 arab son of "Warlord" and "Sassy", age 4 weeks. A not
planned breeding with super results.
6. "Warlord" Anglo-arab 3 year old gelding. Still growing, 15 hands and slim
now, needs more maturing. Flashy bay with four white feet and blaze. Good
feet. Good personality. Only broke to tie, lead and trailer. Dam is Legion
of Honor (in one year) 100 mile top tenner. Sire is Khalarado.
6. "Aristotle" 7/8 arab son of "Warlord" and "Sassy", age 4 weeks. A not
planned breeding with super results.
7. "Abby" 1/2 arab, 1/2 appy, half sister to Zach and daughter of Khalarado.
My favorite to ride. Very pretty matches Zach in all but size. She is 14.3
hands, great bone and feet. Done 4 50's, age 7.
8. "Raider" (Khalarado) 15 year old stallion, Super disposition and vastly
superior endurance horse. Incredible sire. EVERY foal (mine and others) has
natural balance and superior recoveries. Not ridden much in the last few
years...no time, but certainly still useable on trail as well as at stud. A
real beauty. Bright chestnut with four stockings and blaze. Stands 14.3 1.2
hands (REAL). Would make excellent herd sire for several more generations.
