Andrea,

Check under the trailer and look at the steel cross beam that support
the floor boards. They are a critical importance because they support
your horse''s weight. Make sure they are in good shape. Have them unload
the hay as well so you can see what'ss what. Then hitch it up and pull
it around to see if everything works.
