What is the latest on the races in the Middle East?

The 80 mile race in Dubia was held Tuesday, April 8th. And what a great
and better event it was (compared to the Qatar marathon. More info. from
Qatar says that many more horses were foundered in the next few days).
There were 40 starting horses with 14 finishers in Dubia. The Americans
were there again in prestige with the Australians close behind. Emmett
Ross finished second overall on NS Hazzer, John DiPietra's horse sold to
some sheik . Emmett was only about 100 yds. behind the leader at the
finish. Tactful for over there.

Meg Wade of Australia was 4th and again BC (following her BC in Qatar!)
but this time on her own horse from home. I'm really impressed and I
WANT TO KNOW MORE.

10th place got something like $10,000 and first place $50,000. Which is
impressive and not incredible. Additionally, first place got a Range
Rover and second a Nissan $X$ sport vehicle. BC got big $ too?

Sounds like Emmett Ross can write his own training ticket now, if he
will only learn how to shoe horses as well. He would be a great Chef d'
.... for the American team in any of the upcoming FEI world
competitions if anyone wanted to pursue that and recruit him.

Bobbi Richine reminds me that she found that horse Hazzer for John and
talked him into taking him. John sold him a year and a half later with
Emmett's help, for $35,000.

There is another race coming up in a few weeks over in the Mid East.
Does anyone know the schedule?
