I agree. Riders who desire to excel at what they do will always be interested
in anything that helps them ride better. Tai Chi and yoga are 2 examples.
QiQong is another. And getting a massage now and then to get some knots out is
a good idea too. Tai Chi also teaches us how to breath in a way that can relax
a horse in no time. It works on the ground and it works in the saddle (if you
jsut remember to do it! - the hard part) I do Tai Chi every morning and I
think my balance has improved and my thigh muscles are stronger. The stance
position carries over into riding and the use of the abdomen does also.
