This sounds normal to me. That's why many folk (including Truman as
mentioned on this thread) put so much effort into keeping the gut moving
by making sure something goes in the top end every vet check. If you had
the choice to wait a bit longer before going into your final vet check.
Carry you own stethoscope and listen for good sounds before you go to
the check, it may take quite a while.
