from Ti:
High carb feeding might be 3-4 ounces of brown sugar. Giving sugar with
aform of chromium--picolinate or polynicotinate--will aid in its
delivery to the muscle interiors.

uh no Ti, you lost me here. Please forgive my ignorance but could you
translate this to A form of ? ... oats, hay, carrots or some such?

Would this be like feeding sweet feed (all-in-one) with molasses?

thanks! Kimberly( & mystery thr morab..."she can't ride me til May,
vacation continues, ha ha!")

At the end of tough exercise, muscle cells are energy depleted and
floodedwith waste products that need to be hauled off--if they're not
hauled off,the begin producing loads of free radicals and more damage
ensues. A jolt ofenergy at this time seems to be just the thing to
enable the muscles to clearaway some of the debris and avoid Delayed
Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS).
