Yes, I used "Quietex" for awhile when my horse was young. It's available
from Wiese Vet Supply, 800-869-4373, and comes in a powder form. It takes
about 30-45 minutes to take effect and worked great on my gelding. It served
to just take the edge off him. Didn't effect his energy. You'll have to
experiement with dosage that works for you. The only problem I found with it
was that after awhile, he knew it was in whatever I put it in and did not
want to eat. Maybe didn't like the flavor? Try putting it in apple sauce or
a bit of all in one or just straight molasses (very little!).
