Karen - you may have hit it on the nose....perhaps "halter rejects" aren't
necessarily considered performance prospects.

It does seem that there should be some nice enough arabs out there to price
at $3,000 or so. Maybe the Arab horse industry doesn't place any value on
what would be considered a "trail horse"?

I dunno....if I ever was to look for an Arab for endurance, I would feel OK
paying $3,000 or so...so those of you who are breeding good horses, if you
want $3,000-$5,000, I don't think you are out of line.
