Get out the cross-cut saw and go to work! When I was a kid we couldn't
afford fancy rodeo rigs for saddle broc events. We just find an old
association saddle, cut the horn off and wrap sheepskin over the swells
through the hole in front of the seat. Then we would hammer carpet
tacks into the tree on the bottom side to hold it in place. Worked
well and I still have a deep voice.
