He Zigged and I Zagged!

Hi Group!

Well I had my first humbling this weekend. I had Jihad out on the trails
and since he's been so mellow I was not expecting it when he zigged to the
left and I flew to the right off his side! OUCHHH! Big bruise you know
where to prove it! The good news is the Lyons stuff paid off because he
circled around me at a trot and came right to me and stopped when I called
him!:} Good Horse! Now I know I won't be stranded out in the middle of no
where.

This incident brings up the subject of helmets:} I really need to get one
and was wondering what type you all like. I am looking at the Troxel light
weight with the air vents. I live in the desert so it would have to be a
helmet that dosen't build up a lot of heat. Plus I have a cranky neck so
light weight is a must, if its not comfortable I will find an excuse not to
wear it.

I really hope this topic does not start the helmet wars again. I would just
like to know what the best type to buy is <vbg>.
