Here in Holland you´re not allowed to take your hrm to the vetcheck. This works
out perfectly. Almost no discussions over heartrates etc.
In our first class (up to 23 miles) it is forbidden to ride with a hrm anyway.
Now people learn to take a pulse themselves and to look at their horse to see
in what condition he/she is.
