I'm not looking to buy but have a 12 yr old Spanish gelding, 15.2 hands, big
bodied and beautiful. He's also Barich de Washoe with Crabbet on the dams
side. I would not sell this horse for ANYTHING. I got him as a 3 yr old for
$2500, broke him, and a yr ago was offered $16000 for him while on a poker
ride. He's gone halter champion, worked cattle, show & won at Hunter, and
showed great potential in dressage (which I love). I ride him trails
primarily now since I don't have the funds, time nor back to compete these
days - and he's an awesome trail horse. I'm always getting stopped and asked
about his breeding and comments about his calmness and beauty. He's the
smartest, most sensitive, and sensable horse I've ever known. If he is any
indication of this breeding, that this horse for sale should definately be
considered. I was just yesterday riding at the beach, getting on and walking
off at a big but relaxed walk on loose rein lamenting the fact that he's
aging just as fast as I am, and how will I ever replace him... He gets great
care so hopefully he'll be healthy and active for many many more years.
He'll have a home with me forever.

Anyway - the reason for this sentimentality is that I truly think this is
incredible breeding and if this horse is anything like Charlie (Onguard),
then this horse will possess beauty, strength, stamina, intelligence and
athleticism.
