I met a real neat lady, named Claire Toomey. I owned two Quarter Horses. Bred
and trained for cutting. I showed in cutting for 4 years, got priced out.
It's for the
R&F. So I began riding with Claire. My 6 yr. old Red Dun Mare has done 8
50's.
But she has a dropped muscle on her left rear. The vets started questioning
it. I
chose to breed her to DR Thunder Bask +/. Now I have a 10 mo. Bay (soon to
be gelding, this Friday), he looks 100% arab. Can't wait for him to grow up
and
continue Endurance. My mare, Brassy, still wants to go the distance, but I
think I know best.
Great subject, I'm gonna continue to read some more.
