FYI: The attached is regarding potential phone company charges that
could affect all of us dial-up users of email and the web. If you, like
we, have an ISP who is local and provides very good service at a very
reasonable price, here's some basic information on how to help them
survive against the "big guys" who are trying to muscle into the net
provider business.
