I'm thinking I get these things from Denver as it looks to be associated
with "The Registry" and from prior involvement in arab racing. Have I
guessed right? Anybody a member? I'm chompping at the bit to get filled in.

Where have you been??? The IAHA is a separate organization from the
Registry. The AHCR governs purebreds and the IAHA governs partbreds. the
Registry has nothing to do with anything other than purebred horses and
pedigrees...the IAHA has achievement awards programs, including "Sweepstakes"
for nominated horses (including purebreds). This has been going on in
distance riding since 1984. This is how horses get their legion of Honor,
etc...mileage awards...
