Speaking of Cash rewards

I keep getting mail from an entity called International Arabian Horse
Association. They sponser sweepstakes prize money rides. what's up with them?
I'm thinking I get these things from Denver as it looks to be associated
with "The Registry" and from prior involvement in arab racing. Have I
guessed right? Anybody a member? I'm chompping at the bit to get filled in.
