There is a 30 mile "endurance race" every year in Saudi Arabia. This has
been going on for at least 5 years. They have been buying for quite some
time and 20K is about average. I know someone who sold a horse with only
one 50 for 25K! I have heard of a three horse deal for three horses here
in FL. The total sell price for the three is about 50K.

While no one will admit I believe there are people that go out to try to
win 25's so they can potentially sell the horse to the Arabs. There is no
other reason to do a one hour 45 minute 25. And a fast 25 mile horse is
probably better for the 30 mile race accross the desert than a good 100
mile horse.
