I have been on this ride twice and it is a good no frills training ride. To
start you ride from the clubhouse along a paved road about 1/4 mile, then up
a hill through a residenial area to the park. It is a nice controlled start.
The trail is good and there is the one fairly long hill that I recall as
the only "hard" part.
