I really prefer English saddles and would like to find something =

at $400 or less (new or used). Am I out of my mind - is this an =

impossible task, or does someone out there have suggestions?
=

There is a company in the UK called Thorowgood, who make synthetic =

English saddles, within their range is an Endurance Model around =

=A3260 I think, don't know current price. These saddles used to have=
=

an adjustable tree, would suit a Medium fit horse and allow you to =

reset the fit slightly either way. =

=

These saddles really look like real leather, but when dirty you can =

just turn the hose on them to wash off the dirt. I have a friend =

who has competed regularly on one, for at least three years, and =

it's showing no signs of ware, she race rides at around the 50 =

miles mark, so the saddle has had a decent amount of work.
=

However, compared to a leather one which should last a life time, =

may not suit your needs. =

Their address is
=

Thorowgood Ltd

Walsall,
West Midlands
