It was my "general" impression that a "professional" is one who receives
compensation for the activity. Would that eliminate "sponsored" riders?? Or
would they remain "amateur"? OR, if someone gets their local feed store to
donate some feed to that rider/horse..does this makethem professional. Just
what would be considered "compensation"?
