In response to Shaoon Loomis regarding finishing a CTR with a grade III
lameness:

Is is an unfortunate truth that on CTRs here in the NE a rider can finish
with even a grade V and get completion (but either be ineligable for awards
or lose so many points that a pacing is not possible unless the competition
is very low).
