I think I have the same heater Teddy must have. My tank is the charcoal gray
color, I believe made by Rubbermaid (110 gal). The heater I got from State
Line Tack catalog. It's on it's fourth year and in great shape. Very
safe.... I can rest at night. I have the tank backed up to a fence line with
the cord coming through the last board, AWAY from reach of curious horse
teeth. The heater has a thermostat and maintains the water at a steady 50
degrees.

Yup, it's a rubbermaid tub. I bought it two or three years ago and this
summer it cracked. I went down to the feedstore where I bought it to see if
they had a repair kit and they just flat out replaced the whole tank!!!
Can't beat htat for warranties!!!
I got the heater from same farm store, but don't know brand name. I feel
safe and secure with it.
