<< I, too, really like the Ariat half chaps. They are everything Alice says
they are. I am curious as to why I haven't seen more endurance riders using
them? Anybody have comments?

I found them too stiff and bulky. I had used regular sued half chaps, then a
couple of years ago had my friend Ann Kratochvil make me a pair (in my
colours) and I LOVE THEM! So do my friends. they are comfy, colour-fast and
custom. I wouldn't go back to the Ariats, although I LOVE their boots - have
a couple of pair.
