The "resting pulse rate" depends on a lot of factors. Misty's resting rate
will range from 26 to 40 depending on the time of day, the temp, humidity,
distractions like a school bus passing on the road. I have found the best
time to take it is early in the morning or late in the evening on a cool
day when there is little distraction. At these time you have a decent
chance of getting the best reading of the true resting rate.
