Thanks for your $.02. Although I rarely feed suppliments or substances to
help my horse perform better, I have often wondered if I was missing out on
something or just being smart trying to be a preventative horsewoman. There
is a lot of "hype" out there about what works and what doesn't and most of us
don't get access to studies on products. I, for one, have a hard time
believing much of what I hear and read in advertising. Nice to hear from a
vet who does have the hard facts.

Sometimes I think we feed these suppliments and THINK they make the horse
better. Maybe they can't hurt, but I hate wasting money ( and time).
