Thanks for the replies I have received so far about chafing. I may be looking
at having to buy girth after girth until I find the right one. I know what
would work but I have never seen one-maybe someone on this list knows a
manufacturer who does or could make such a thing. A string girth with elastic
just at the very ends where the buckles attach and and make it in all sizes including
20 inches (which is what I need for my dressage saddle. I won't cut the billet
straps becuase I use this saddle on my other horses and I want and need the
long billet straps for them).How come nobody has ever made such a thing? How
about even a nonelastic 20 inch string girth?-Amy
