I would not recommend mixing just bran and beet pulp for concentrate.
You need to ask why you want to feed beet pulp. Bad teeth, older
horse, allergies to dust, bolting feed are some reasons to feed beet
pulp. If I had good legume pasture (yes, high in Ca), I would
probably feed a small amount each day of crimped oats (more P than
Ca) or oats and a basic (10% protein) pellet. (Maybe 1-2 lbs each day.).
Pasture is best, and it sounds like you have good stuff!!
