As a potential customer, I am extremely tempted to write to them
and let them know that the perceptions out in the riding community
are eroding from excellent to questionable, and it has and will
cost them customers if they don't correct the poor attitude toward
dealing with problems. Riders have many more choices now of saddles
built for distance riding, OF is not the only game in town (if it
ever was), and they need to keep that in mind. Maybe they're still
so busy they can afford to lose customers, but over time that
situation will change. Of course problems will occur occasionally,
it's how the problems are resolved that keeps customers coming back
and recommending a vendor (within reason, obviously, since even the
greatest customer service isn't worth constant product problems).

Has anyone written from this viewpoint? Did they respond?
