Last chance to enter!!! Entry deadline has been extended to Monday,
June 17 for the IAHA Region III Championship Competitive Trail Ride @ Sunol,
CA on June 22. Call Betty Dever (916) 685-1092. To qualify registered
Arabs and Half-Arabs must have completed 100 miles of IAHA approved
competition (AERC miles count), but at least 25 of which must have been
competitive trail (IAHA, NATRC, etc.) in the past 24 months.
They are also still accepting entries for the All-Breed 40 mile and
20 mile rides.
All of these rides are IAHA sanctioned and count for mileage towards
the IAHA National Championship Competitive Ride on Sept. 27-29 at Livermore, CA.
Both the Regional and National rides pay Sweepstakes money to
nominated horses, Top 5 for Regional, Top 10 for National!
Some of you endurance riders come give this a try! No Horsemanship
Judging! No shoeing restrictions, IAHA rules allow electrolytes
administered by syringe, but they don't allow any leg protection.
