Well, I, as male also have suffered from "condi-breasts", the tip of the
nibbles
being rubbed to much when I have put something too heavy in my front shirt
pocket, so it bounces too much. So while my problems are not in your class, I
know what you are talking about.

Anyway, conditioning is important before starting a real race, I just learned
on
myself. The Danish sports Society has its 100years aniversary this year, and to
celebrate arranged a 350km relay run across the country. Each line of sports
should provide runners, e.g. 35 people from riding should do 10km each. Two
days
before the start, I was fooled into doing one leg: "As an endurence rider you
are in good condition, and riding is in the same class as dancing and other
display-sports. It's all supposed to be fun." Sounded doable...

At the start I discovered that all diciplines started together, including
fast-running athletics. And those people was serious! After 2.5km I was
exhausted, and couldn't see the rest of the field. So I decided to call it
quits. Some of the people I passed in the car would have been by the vet
immediately if they were horses...

My excuses are 1: I'm 18% disabled after a motorcycle-accident (that's partly
why I started riding), 2: I haven't ridden in a month because of a lame hors0e.
3: Everybody was going too fast, because they were trying to catch a beautifull
longlegged tanned athletics girl running in the front...

Now three days after, it doesn't hurt much, and at least I got a nice T-shirt.
