A friend gave me a recipe for a tick/flea repellent. I used it last week, on
my horse, dog, cat, and myself. It really seemed to make a difference. Let
me share it with you:

1 cup Skin So Soft Bath Oil
2 cups white vinegar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon eucalyptus oil

and I added 1 tablespoon of citronella

Mix together and put in spray bottle. Spray your dog/cat/horse/self a couple
times a day.

You can get the eucalyptus and citronella at health food stores. It comes in
a little 2 oz container and cost about $3 each. Skin So Soft, of course, is
an Avon product.

Let me know if you find this helps!

By the way, it really doesn't smell like vinegar because of all the other
stuff.
