[endurance] New Saddle

How long, in terms of hours or miles, does it take to break in
a new saddle? Any helpful hints on how to do so?

My brand-new, custom-made, Sharron Saare saddle is done. Now all
I have to do is finish paying for it, and then breaking it in.
Since my only new saddle was purchased for me very many years ago,
and all other saddles were good used saddles, I've not had the
pleasure of breaking in a new one. (That first saddle went to a
very eager 18 year old who didn't bother with such things as
breaking in time, I just rode :-)

Any help would be appreciated.
