About 10 years ago I purchased a Sid Hill Australian endurance saddle. I
loved it. The seat is secure and placed the rider in a very balanced
position. However, both horses became very sore and lost hair on either side
of their withers. I still have that saddle sitting on a rack in the back
room. It is a shame such a well-made balanced saddle has become a house
ornament.
