Neoprene seems to work great with some horses and NOT AT ALL with others.
The horse here with the worst problems also gets scratches and sunburned
nose, and just got over a case of hives. A real skin sensitive individual.

My one horse has never had any other kind of cinch and no problems as yet but
I am watching closely, as he doesn't have too many miles yet.

If you have it work with it, just watch it closely for "heat bumps" when you
take it off. Always carry a spare of a different kind.
