Diane@Safe Haven please could you tell me how to check out the archives on
orthoflex saddling problems? I'm new to computers an on line and a few of us
are trying to find solutions to our orthoflex problems? Shareeka, our
horses are laid off during the holidays because of snow 3-6wks, then we leg
them up starting in Jan. doing pleasure riding then we pick the speed alittle
in Feb.then distance but not at the same time, to be able to do a slow first
ride in April. I bought a belt easy rate moniter at the convention
and ride with my husband who has the wire kind and find that it is just as
accurate as the wire one, in fact I love it...no more wires pulling lose. I
also use black electrical tape to tape the transmitter to the belt better so
it won't accidentally come lose. I would like to know more about
different bits used for enduance. I use a jointed kimberwick and want to
know which is more harsh, this or a ported one. Do some of you prefer a
snaffle and why and are there snaffles that offer some control without being
too harsh? And what about the vosels? Thanks Linda and Allen from Reno
