The idea with the overview field is that the ride manager can have a "blurb"
- a couple of lines of promotional stuff about the ride. Some rides
actually have info in this field, but originally, the rides all came from
Endurance News, so I just stuffed the time. This represents the start time
for (I think) the 50 mile ride.
