[endurance] teeth

Hi Lari;
Regarding wolf teeth and canines: I had to go look at my vet book and the
vet book agrees with your assessment. However my horse had some bit problems
when I got him and we found a tooth in the upper jaw, left side, behind the
canines and in front of the molars. About half way between them as I remember.
It was not attached to the jaw bone and if the bit contacted it it would bleed
around it as it poked his gums. The vet just popped it out and he has been fine
ever since. I thought this was a wolf tooth but maybe not? Or can wolf teeth
grow farther forward?
