I have heard someone refer to this rubbing on the loin as "Orthoflex rub".
Any truth to that? My mare tends to get the hair scuffed up over the loin
with three different saddles, two custom endurance saddles and a Stubben.
It has never been any more that cosmetic so I have given up worring about.
