The following was sent directly to me, but it is such a contrast to the
other Circle Y comments we've seen, I thought it worth sharing.

Pam

"I have a circle Y sports saddle. I tried one a friend had, and loved it. I
believe they are around $575. I was able to buy one from D & D in
Seguin,
Tex. for $350. It is a roughout leather in brown. I put EZride Stirrups on
it, and I just love it. I had tried the Sports Saddle thru Genie SS, but I
didn't really like it. I think the reason was that I was riding in too small a
seat. I usually use a 15 and a half in seat, but my Circle Y is a 16and a
half. I have never ridden in such a comfortable saddle. It stays in place,
it doesn't rub the horse or me. I rode a 70 in it the 2nd time I rode in it,
so it is easy to get used to (or at least it was for me) Do try a larger
seat, though, because you will need it. I weigh about 120 and am 5' 2".
Be sure to specify, if you order one, that you want no horn, as they make
a model w/horn."
