Thanks for those who let me know my note is now going thru...some
glitch here...

I wanted to share my experience of a tying up horse in the hopes of
helping others. My guy was experiencing toe dragging and just not
right for several months when I was first breaking him a 31/2, then
we had a full blown episode. Working with my vet Lisa WILLAIMSON
{PLUG} AT uga we went ahead and pulled blood and urine to check
electroylites Waldo was showing a potassium deficiency....I now feed
him one ounce of Moretons lite salt daily....costs about 7cents a day
and we have had a great time doing 25milers and hoping for 50 miles
next fall'..... In our area sellinium is not a problem...evidently
waldo just metabolizes differently...anyway it took care of our
problems......Actually when he got his 'lites right he became a
wildman for a few months til he got used to feeling so good;;;;

Hope this helps....Ann T
