REGARDING endurance food

I eat anything that stays still enough that I can get my teeth into it. But
my other half wont eat at rides and of course he gets very snarly to be around
and starts to make some very bad decisions. so I went on a hunt for something
he would eat. I found the best sources for fast acting food with no extras
are your local bike shop especialy if they cater to tri-athelets. Stoker bars
are softer and to me better tasting than powerbars because they have rice
crispy stuff in them so you are less likely to loose a filling. the only thing
I have been able to find that he will eat is GU it is like pudding and comes
in lots of flavors he will only eat the chocolate of course. They are very
small and give an emediate rush of energy but do not leave you with that sugar
crash afterward. Go see what the other guys are using. I just think about
all that straining and peddaling they do to go up those mountans on my horses
but and I want what they got. I have also stolen all of their clothes I just
love those shirts with the pockets for my gloves. PS my horse Copper will
only eat the peanut butter Powerbars and he really loves them. Val in
