[endurance] NATRC shoeing rules

Removal of NATRC shoeing restrictions has become my own personal
jihad. I've responded to the national BOD survey, written to my
regional BOD, and the NATRC newsletter (Hoofprint). In the meeting
minutes of the last national BOD meeting, response to the survey
regarding removal of shoeing restrictions was "disappointing".

If you are a NATRC member, I urge you to voice your opionion on this
issue. Even if it does not affect you now, someday your horse may
need corrective shoes or interference boots. If you are not a NATRC
member or do not/cannot attend NATRC rides because of the shoeing
restrictions (no boots, no bar shoes, no full pads, no changes to hoof
angle) please respond to this message. I will write yet another letter
with the results of my mini-survey. I promise not to use your name or
quote you without your permission.
