Wide stirrups and Ariat boots certainly solved my foot burning problems. I
find the Ariats totally comfortable, on the horse or off. They also appear
to be water proof from the bottom up, but in the rain, the water comes in
through the lace area. I called them and asked them to consider making a
boot with a webbed tongue so they would be completely waterproof and they
said they liked the idea, but had no plans for that. Maybe if enough people
called them they would give it further thought. Their 800 number is in all
their ads.
