I have been following the helmet issue . If we are going to drive ourselves
crazy of helmet or not maybe horses are too dangerous to be around adn we
should stay home.

A riding stable down the road from where I board was devestated over the
Christopher Reeve accident. A trail rider fell from one of their horses ( I
don't know if they wear helmets or not) The person was not hurt, but it
scared the owners of the stable because of the accident and Christopher Reeve
they sold all the extra riding horses and only kept their personal horses.
How sad that another avenue for non horse people to experince horse back
riding has ended.

I hope my husband doesn't see any of this or he might not let me ride any
more because I might get hurt and not be able to work, and I need to work to
support the horse.

Well good night all.

Happy Trails
