Find yourself a pigeon trapper. Here in Southwest Idaho, there is a
great demand for pigeons for use in falconry, field trials, and gun
club events. Local governments used to fund people to trap pigeons in
nuisance situations, but there was too much competition from "private
industry." I'd contact a falconer or field trial person and find out
if he/she knows a pigeon trapper.
