I've had horses come up (5 in a herd once!) but at different times - and
folks know we have horses so they push them up to our drive -- they aren't
ours. What worked once when the owners couldn't be located --
I went down to the local grade school (2nd graders age) and asked around --
anyone know a kid that lost a horse???
Sure enough -- Bingo. Where the parents were not concerned - the kids were -
and they pointed out the 'owner' right away...
