The Lewisfield farm was active from 1960 to 1970. It was located in
Virginia. They produced a National Champion Park horse, Reserve Halter
stallion and numerous top 10's in both halter and performance. They
imported several animals directly from Crabbet. There is a good article
all about the entire program including pedigrees and descendents in the
January/February 1989 issue of the Crabbet Influence in Arabians Today
Magazine. You can call the publisher Georgia Cheer at

Silver Monarch Publishing
P.O. Box 2529
Battle Ground, WA 98604-2529

(360) 687-1600

And see if she has a back issue. Another source would be one of the many
Arabian rare book sellers. My favorite is Suzen Whitaker at

Red Horse Book Shop
Innesfree Farm
3338 Anti-Bantam Clover Road
Bethel, OH 45106

(513) 734-4713

The Lewisfield horses are an interesting subset of the CMK breeding
stock.
